interests

in my free time, i enjoy:

• playing board games, my favorites being spirit island, root, dominant species and the great zimbabwe
• making music using software like vcvrack and sunvox
• watching art films by directors such as alejandro jodorowsky, matthew barney, peter greenaway and eric rohmer
• reading research papers, news articles, books about anthropology, sociology, psychologically and theology, fiction by thomas pynchon, j. d. salinger and kurt vonnegut
• hiking, unable to atm because i can't walk after being run over by a car
• hunting for well-made things at estate sells, online and at thrift stores
• grabbing a bite to eat at a nice restauruant, think louisville's 610 magnolia
• cooking with loved ones
